Thomas Niebel

Thomas Niebel studied economics at the University of Konstanz, focusing on “The Economy and the State” as well as “Statistics and Econometrics”. In his diploma thesis, he analysed the impact of rising life expectancy on health expenditures.
In August 2009, Thomas joined ZEW’s Research Department “Digital Economy”. His research focuses on the growth and productivity effects of ICT and intangible capital.
